Homeowner's Preparation Guide

1. We will need access to your driveway to place our dumpster, load material and clean up. Please keep driveway clear and remove cars from garage prior to day of installation.
2. Please keep small children and animals away from the work area at all times.
3. There will be constant hammering for two or more days depending on the size of your roof, be prepared for the noise!
4. We will remove and replace any satellite dish as a courtesy to you, however, we do not have the necessary equipment to reset the signal for proper reception, and we can not be responsible if your carrier need be called to take care of this upon completion of the job.
5. **Please ensure electrical power is provided outside your home. If exterior plugs are not available, please run a heavy duty 3 — PRONG extension cord through a window or door.
6. For each day of rain, the work on your home will be delayed. Our crews are instructed not to tear off more shingles than they can replace in a day.
7. Nails which fall from the roof will be picked up with a three foot magnet that we will run around your home. However a few nails may be hidden in the grass of shrubbery.
8. If you have vaulted ceilings, nail pops and movement may occur in the ceiling because of inadequate original construction by the builder. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this, and we can not be responsible should this occur.
9. All left over material and the dumpster will be removed from your property as soon as possible after the job is complete, usually the next business day.
10. If you have any questions or concerns before, during or after job completion, please give us a call.
